change your worldview, change your world

The Worldview Centre is available for hire to guest facilitators.

We have accommodation for up to 12, comfortable beds, delicious food, friendly service, and a sensitivity to what it takes to make your workshop successful. For larger groups there are numerous accommodation options within a few minutes drive.

A recent facilitator made the following comment:
"I have been a full time facilitator and group-worker since 1994 and worked in hundreds of different group and seminar rooms in Australia and New Zealand. The main group room at the Worldview Centre is my favourite so far.”      Tim Gartside, Epicentre for Thriving Organisations
What makes the Worldview Centre special is the subtle energy of the site itself.  The loving care and deep awareness of the smallest details employed during the construction of the workshop areas, and the relentless devotion of our staff to the well-being and safety of every guest add to the impression of quality and fulfilment. One guest wrote succinctly:

“Just magical… the place, the food, the people.”

And another: “…a balm for my soul.”

The design of the Centre is based on the desire to create an energetically safe space to encourage greater vulnerability, and thus depth and openness to the revelations of deep inner work. As such, all buildings and indoor activities occur within a four-sided quadrangle of buildings that surround a central courtyard. Within this quadrangle guests sleep, eat, attend workshops and relax. We have found that this configuration promotes and encourages an intimate energy, while the expansive and panoramic views provide a sense of ever-present spaciousness. For those preferring a more solitary experience, the Centre is located on over 100 acres of farmland and natural bush and forest; fantastic for wandering and pondering!

If you are looking for a residential venue that will serve to amplify the experience of those who attend your workshops, please contact us to arrange an appointment to visit.

Catering

One of the most written about features of the Centre is our catering. Our intent was simply to provide healthy, abundant and tasty food, but the comments we have received from our guests suggests we may have overshot the mark!

"Damn near perfect, and the food! For the body, mind, spirit"

“…the food was so beautiful. I will really miss it!”

Our standard menus are vegetarian, with wheat and gluten-free and dairy alternative options, which have proven to satisfy the majority of dietary needs (click here to see a sample menu). We can customise our menu to meet special dietary requirements.

We also incorporate Ayurvedic principles (an ancient system of health care from India) into our menu planning to ensure a balanced and healthy tri-doshic diet ~ suitable for all metabolic digestive systems.

The Property

Worldview Centre is on a 116 acre (47 Ha) working farm surrounded by natural habitat. The property boasts more than 400 species of flora, 7 permanent natural springs, 3 dams, the headwaters of the Mooloolah River and a patch of rare remnant rainforest.

Worldview Centre property Rainforest Creek

Nearby the Centre, there is a short walk to a magnificent old fig tree. On the way, pass by a dam that (at the time of writing) is home to a flock of 9 ducks, 3 swamp hens, numerous egrets and enough frogs to feed half of France. When you return, sit on the veranda in stillness and immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring sights and gentle sounds of Nature.

Being a working farm the property is also home to cattle and horses, which means the terrain can be a little rough and a little soggy. If you intend to take your guests walking on the property, we recommend that you ask them to bring good quality walking boots. If you want to spend time listening to the sound of a rainforest creek babbling through rocks, also have them bring insect repellent.
